Donita is an integrated massage therapist and has a special interest in helping her clients relax, feel safe and let go into deep relaxation and somanic release. Donita is a long time educator and has trained and worked teaching and directing individuals and programs for creative expression and deep healing. In addition Donita is a Reiki Master Teacher/Trainer, a yoga and meditation teacher, a Nia and free-style dance instructor and she has an extensive performing arts background that fits well with helping individuals radiate from the inside out. Donita looks forward to creating a customized massage session that meets your body, mind and spirit's needs.
